Personal Training Sessions

The emphasis of these sessions are technique and making sure you’re getting the most out of what we offer at FSM.

One On One Consultation

Come in and meet with our knowledgeable and caring staff who will discuss your goals and help you to create a personal fitness and nutrition plan.

Weight & Measurement Test (Before & After)

Body measurements seem scary but they are a great way to track your progress. Often you’ll see a loss of inches even if the scale isn’t moving.

Setting Goals

Every 8 weeks you have the opportunity to chat with one of our coaches about setting goals and planning your next challenge. These can be done in person or online.

Baseline Movement & Fitness Assessment

Our regular assessments allow us to identify weaknesses and show your progressions. We use this data to tailor workouts to help you effectively reach your goals.

Nutrition & Accountability

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. FSM makes you accountable with an honesty policy and additional exercises if you ate a pack of cookies the night before!

Personalized Nutrition For You!

We don’t do faddy diets and pills. We do solid, healthy nutrition that works for you and your body. Designed by our coaches, our numbers based approach to nutrition and wellness breaks the loop of yoyo dieting and poor nutrition.

I first joined FSM in 2015. Having been a single parent for some 14 years a hobby was a bit alien to me. My journey at FSM has been not only a physical one but a personal one too.
