“I joined FSM in February. After a couple of setbacks health wise I had sort of lost faith in my body. I hadn’t been doing as much exercise and had put on weight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My sister Chloe persuaded me to come along for a trial class and came out of that class buzzing. I’ve quite a busy life but was absolutely determined to make it work for me. I loved it and still do.

I find for the first time ever brilliant coaches who help me focus on what I can do and not dwell on what I can’t. There’s an incredibly unique atmosphere in FSM!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everyone from the Coaches to the other members seem genuinely interested in how you’re getting on. I remember being terrified going to my first class without my big sister to mind me. I had no need.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I love how everyone’s achievements are celebrated, the big and the small, the super fit and the strugglers like me.

My health both physical and mental has already improved and I can’t wait to see what the future in FSM holds. I never dread going to class but look forward to it. This is another first for me. The online support since social distancing started has been second to none. I love the zoom classes.

🏅Jane has dived head first into FSM and has kept thing up from her own home and has made great progress so far! It’s great to see her take everything on board and take action during these tough times. Jane has taken adversity and turned it into an opportunity to get fitter, stronger and healthier.🏅
