Nutrition is fast becoming a tit for tat industry with so many professionals going out of their way to cut down, debunk and hurt other professionals in a vain attempt to sell their own version of the same thing.
All diets work. But is that diet good for the client at this moment in their life???
So what is the answer? I think there is a time for all diets in life depending on the persons goal. I also feel strongly that it should be small steps (very small step) when getting started. Just like lifting weights.
