The Story of Wicklow’s Number one Women only BootCamp
When Coach Dave and I sat down and discussed starting a bootcamp we decided that if we are going to do this, it has to be the best bootcamp in Wicklow.
How does one create the best? The answer came easily for us and the answer was service, accountability and design a programme that not only works, but works for all levels. We also wanted to create a community of like-minded women to encourage and support each other no matter their fitness level.
We started out in September of 2014 with 4 clients and we were dedicated to giving those 4 clients the best service and training. In 4 short months we grew to 16 clients and within 6 months maxed out both bootcamp classes at 6.30am and 10.30am.
What makes FSM BootCamp the best?
Our Coaches passion for getting results and most importantly the Women that continue to turn up and push themselves and the people beside them to achieve results each and every week.
We are growing month on month providing a service before and after class with constant contact with Coach Dave and the team. Due to demand we are opening an evening Bootcamp this September and all proceeds of that bootcamp will go to Charity that is close to our hearts.
